Thank you for shopping with YaadStyle Jamaica. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

5. Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs clearance

YaadStyle Jamaica is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier

8. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse location.
